Loads of Friends on Hand in Tokyo...

Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado is smiling as Manchester United is being presented with their Medals. She is accompanied by Junji Ogura, Member of the FIFA Executive Committee from Japan.

Here I am with Enrique Borja, new member to FIFA Clubs Football Committee. Enrique is President of Tigres, Monterrey, Mexico, and has a long history as a player and administrator, including a term as President of the Mexican Football Federation.

Mary Lynn finally gets a chance on the other side of the lens, here celebrating ManU's win of the Club World Cup with Sir Bobby Charlton. Both look really happy.

Our first full night in Tokyo coincided with the Chairman's annual Russian Party. FIFA Exco Member Viacheslav Koloskov and his wife, Tatiana, host this event which is always topped off with the best caviar and vodka. Here I am with Slava as we toast another successful FIFA Club World Cup under his guidance.

Here, at the same party, my colleague Rafael Salguero from Guatemala, takes a break to join me for a picture with his daughter.

Anne Thompson, wife of FIFA's British Vice President Geoff Thompson, relaxes at the party long enough to take this cozy shot, reflective of the warmth that we share amongst the members of the Executive Committee and their families.

Mary Lynn seizes the moment to get a pix with deliriously happy David Gill, CEO of Manchester United.

During halftime, England's F.A. Chairman Lord David Triesman didn't yet know that he would have even a bigger grin on his face at the end of the match when he would be participating in given the medals to Champion Manchester United, England's first win of the FIFA Club World Cup.

Mary Lynn is on a sightseeing trek with CD Marathon President Yankel Rosenthal, member of FIFA's Club Football Committee, as they explored the riches of Tokyo's shopping culture.

Here I am pictured with former 2012 Bid Committee colleague and friend Carlos Cordeiro, who is an Independent Board Member and Treasurer of US Soccer.
