Chuck, could you look at having associate members of CONCACAF (Guadeloupe, Martinique) become full members of FIFA so that no other Gold Cup matches or qualifiers get competed by non FIFA members. The other teams of Group C would have higher FIFA rankings if the wins were against TNT or Antigua and Barbuda. Could you look at having more CONCACAF members( North zone) compete in qualifiers for the Gold Cup and have 6 groups of 4 teams (all CONCACAF zones) all FIFA members compete in a final round of Gold Cup qualifiers. The reason CONCACAF needs to get the associate members to become full members of FIFA involve the rankings and getting the fourth slot for the World Cup. A CONCACAF of 40 FIFA members would likely get the fourth slot since FIFA desires to have a spot for every 10 members for AFC, CAF, and CONCACAF.
